Shipping information

What shipping methods are available?

We offer two most convenient shipping methods.

  1. We send to lpexpress.lt postal boxes (only in Lithuania)
  2. We send to your chosen address by Lithuania post or courier.
How long does it take to receive my parcel?

Parcels are delivered within 1-3 working days. In the territory of Lithuania. Shipments traveling to other countries can take 5 to 15 working days, depending on the shipping method you have chosen. (There are exceptions for orders on weekends and public holidays.)

Do you ship to other countries?

We send orders throughout EU, via Lithuanian Post and DPD Couriers.

Is it possible to make order and pay for it upon delivery?

Yes we offer this choice for an additional fee. This method is applied only in Lithuania (Fee 2eur).

Payment information

What payment methods are available?

Payment by bank transfer (you will receive an email with all the information), payment using the Paypal system and payment in cash upon arrival of the goods.

How to order goods?

Choose from the list of products offered in our store, add the product to the cart and follow the further instructions. After filling in the required information and selecting the desired payment, you will order the goods.

Do I need to register to be able to make an order?

It is not necessary to register to order goods. Registering will make it easier to see all your orders and save your shipping details for next time.

What should I do if I have additional questions?

We always invite you to write us an e-mail or call us by telephone number indicated in the contacts.

How do I cancel or change my order?

f the parcel has not been sent yet, you can always cancel or change the parcel by contacting us by e-mail or by phone. Once a parcel has been sent, it is no longer possible to cancel or change it.

How do I track my shipment?

After ordering the goods and shipping them, we send the customer a shipment code that will allow you to track the shipment.

How do I return the goods?

If the ordered goods were incorrect or damaged due to the fault of our store, we can always replace or return them. Otherwise, orders will not be canceled or refunded.
